Baby Photography Halifax, Bradford & Leeds – July Favourites

Last month was super busy yet again with more newborn, baby and maternity photo sessions alongside wedding coverage every weekend. I’ve put together a small selection from some of the shoots, taken either at home or on location. It was lovely to meet up with Adam and his Mum again for his second session as part of the New Baby Deal – he has grown so much since I last saw him and was showing off his new skills, sitting up and even standing. I even had time to take a few photos with one of their gorgeous dogs Xion. Around the same age, Freya had a home shoot complete with cute headbands and tutu’s – I’m looking forward to her cake smash session to celebrate her first birthday in a few months time. Charlie brought his cousin along for some more photographs, which included a moon prop – the images are to be used for his upcoming Christening invitations. At the beginning of the month I took James’ newborn photographs – these were set in his nursery using the light from a big window. I always think this way of shooting works best for newborns and I prefer the results. Another newborn session this month was for Thea, who’s session again was very natural, using the available light and featured Mum in some of the shots too. Lastly, a family and maternity location photo shoot over at Oakwell Hall. We picked the perfect time of day, late evening, for some sunny shots in the long grass.
