One of the best parts of the job is being invited back to photograph a family, especially when they have new arrivals. Here are a few of my favourites from Joy’s newborn session, including many shots with her big sister.

 

A relaxed, newborn-lifestyle session at home, starts from £20 for Halifax and surrounding areas, although I cover most of West Yorkshire. Sessions are very natural, usually set in little ones nursery and can include family shots too. Props are kept to a minimum, but parents are welcome to include any personal items such as blankets and a small soft toy. Full details of packages are available over on the Facebook page.
